I was there the other day when "Dude Mann" was ranting about price to personnel. The staff is nice, patient and most helpful. His name should be "Rude Man" because that's what he was. He continued to yell at staff from his vehicle after he angrily stomped out. All because they wouldn't treat the price of the unit that he wanted as though it was something to be bartered over. That's not something within their control. He should be ashamed of himself, as he is, without a doubt, one of the nastiest people I've seen in a while. This is a great place for storage and as we downsize "stuff" to list our house, the convenience, cleanliness and security is something my wife and I appreciate.Driving Directions
